Plans for operating the 2025 Extended School Year Programs are in the preliminary stages. The total number of positions is contingent upon student enrollment.  

POSITION:

TEACHER

REPORTS TO:

Special Services Supervisors/Assistant Superintendent for Pupil-Special Services 

LOCATIONS:

To be determined based on the program need

ESY PROGRAM DATES: 6/30/2025-7/31/2025

ESY PROGRAM STAFF HOURS: 8:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.

Week 1: M-TH 4 Days

Week 2: M-TH 4 Days

Week 3: M-TH 4 Days

Week 4: M-TH 4 Days

Week 5: M-TH 4 Days

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess appropriate certification (TOSD/TOH, School Psychologist, School Social Worker, Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant, School Counselor)
• Experience with ESY, preschool disabled, autistic, learning language disabilities severe, multiply disabled, and ABA classes preferred 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend staff meetings as needed 
• Must be available all days of the program
• Instruct students in the subject area
• Maintain accurate student records, lesson plans, attendance, and prepare student progress reports associated with IEP goals and objectives
• Provide support services
