Primos Cafe has an opportunity for an Assistant Manager. As a member of the management team, the Assistant Manager assists in providing direction and motivation to the hourly team members, ensures execution of all job responsibilities for all team members to provide our guests with an exceptional PRIMOS experience.
The ideal candidate will have two to three (2-3) years of experience working in food, sales building, and knows the importance of working hands-on along with staff and will train staff to maintain and exceed the level of service the restaurants demand. If you have a natural talent for providing outstanding customer service to guests, this could be the job for you!
Overall, you will be responsible for helping the general manager oversee and manage day-to-day food and beverage operations throughout the restaurant to the highest standards.
